The Last Man on Earth

By day he hunts them. By night they come for him.

A plague has turned the world's population into shambling, vampire-like creatures. Dr. Robert Morgan, somehow immune, spends his days clearing the city and his nights locked inside while they pound on his door. The first screen adaptation of Richard Matheson's novel I Am Legend.
